Six decades later, in 2019, MINI is celebrating the brand’s 60th anniversary as well as the extraordinary story of a British innovation that went on to achieve an iconic status. Today, MINI Indonesia is marking this milestone with the release of the MINI 60 Years Edition at the opening day of GIIAS 2019. Only 60 units will be available in Indonesia - as a MINI 3 Door and MINI 5 Door. Starting from GIIAS 2019, MINI Indonesia is also offering 60 Months of the MINI Service + Repair Inclusive (MSRI) Programme.

The MINI 60 Years Edition and the MINI 60 Years Lifestyle Collection thus capture the essence of MINI, and pay homage to these values of the brand. The MINI 60 Years Lifestyle Collection is available for the first time at GIIAS 2019, offering 50 design pieces in the characteristic style of the iconic brand including a brand new clothing range for women, men and children, accessories, luggage, as well as kids’ products.

60 Years of Design Features.
Exterior: Traditionally Contemporary.
The exterior of the MINI 60 Years Edition complements the interior perfectly to create a harmonious look and feel from end to end. Taking inspiration from the 60s and its vibrant heritage, MINI designers have recreated the British Racing Green body colour solely for these models. Distinctive anniversary accents and trim treatments recapture the spirit of the original in a modern flavour – and ensure its exclusivity. On request, the body is also available in Melting Silver with contrasting roof and mirror caps color in Jet Black as an alternative.

Especially-designed, signature black bonnet stripes with Aspen White and British Oak pinstripes underline the MINI 60 Years Edition’s exclusivity. The contrasting colours also discreetly emphasise the distinguishing interplay of the body's lines and surfaces, while harmonising in style with the roof and mirror cap colouring.

Exclusive 17-inch light alloy wheels in the 60 Years version Spoke 2-tone in Dark Spectre Grey round off the distinct look of the edition vehicles. The design model's striking 60 Years logo appears not just on the left-hand bonnet stripe but also on the side scuttles of the turn indicators and on the door sill finishers at the driver and front passenger doors. The anniversary design can also be seen in the LED logo projection which is visible when the driver's door is opened.

Interior: Modern Classic Craftsmanship.
MINI's tradition of attention to detail and customisation is the driving force behind the design of the interior. Genuine materials meet innovative designs and subtle hues to create new, refined surfaces for your dash, cockpit fascias and door bezels. Complementing the confident upholstery colours is the hand-stitched, sport steering wheel in MINI Yours 60 Years Walknappa leather. Deliciously soft to the touch, its multifunction and cruise-control buttons ensure perfect handling. As testimony to its unique character, the steering wheel bears the 60 Years insignia in the lower spoke.

Entering the MINI 60 Years Edition is now an experience in its own right, with the 60 Years insignia adorning the front door entry strips. The MINI 60 Years Edition standard trim comes with exclusive MINI Yours Lounge 60 Years Dark Maroon leather upholstery. Bold stitching and delicate piping pay tribute to MINI's heritage in craftsmanship. The 60 Years insignia gracing the cockpit fascia, together with the Black foil and pinstripes in British Racing Green and Dark Silver, adds another exclusive touch to the anniversary model.

60 Months MINI Service + Repair Inclusive (MSRI) Programme.
As part of the ongoing celebrations, customers can now enjoy this special offer on all new MINI vehicles purchased. Available only till 31 August 2019, this celebratory offer provides new MINI owners with a complimentary 60 months, or 80,000km (whichever comes first), of Scheduled Service as well as a 60-month Warranty with unlimited mileage for all models in the MINI line up.

The services provided as part of the 60 Months MINI Service + Repair Inclusive Programme are in accordance with the Condition Based Service (CBS) system and include a full vehicle check, engine oil change, along with servicing of the air filter, fuel filter, micro filter, spark plugs and brake fluids. This exclusive offer is valid for all new MINI vehicles purchased from 18 July to 31st August 2019. Availability and price.
Limited to only 60 units for both the MINI 3 Door and MINI 5 Door, the MINI 60 Years Edition is available from 18 July 2019 at GIIAS 2019 and at all MINI authorized dealers.

All MINI vehicles purchased from MINI Authorized Dealers come with MINI Service Inclusive, offering five-year or up to 70,000 km free regular maintenance and a 36-month warranty without mileage limitations. MINI vehicles are also covered by BMW Group Tire Coverage for 3 years, including the replacement of up to 4 tires per year for which 100% of the tire and labor cost is covered. It covers damage caused by punctures, bulging, cuts, bursts, tears, and damage from the vehicle continuing to run on flat tires.
